Baker Reale — Co-Founder & Operations Director
Baker helped build Catch N Reale from the ground up through a passion for land-based shark fishing, adventure, and the coastal lifestyle. Spending most of his time on the beach, he focuses on trip execution, rig building, bait deployments, shark fishing tactics, and helping create unforgettable experiences for clients.
Whether he’s setting lines, building heavy-duty rigs, deploying baits, or helping land trophy sharks from shore, Baker plays a major role in the hands-on side of Catch N Reale while also contributing to the brand’s media and content.
Gage Reale — Co-Founder & Operations Director
Gage plays a major role behind the scenes at Catch N Reale, helping manage media, content creation, logistics, and overall operations. From filming and editing content to organizing trips and coordinating behind-the-scenes execution, he helps bring the Catch N Reale brand and lifestyle to life both online and on the beach.
Focused on growing the brand and documenting the action surrounding land-based shark fishing, Gage is a key part of the creative and operational side of the team.
Brenden Gallagher — Fishing Operations & Support
Brenden plays a major role in keeping Catch N Reale running smoothly on and off the beach. From setting up gear and deploying baits to assisting clients during intense fights, he helps make sure every trip is organized, efficient, and unforgettable.
Known for bringing great energy to the crew and always being ready when the rods start screaming, Brenden is a key part of the team’s success during long nights on the sand.
Preston Carr — Fishing Operations & Support
Preston is a key part of the Catch N Reale operation, helping with everything from beach setups and shark handling to keeping trips running efficiently throughout the night. Reliable and always prepared when the drag starts screaming, he helps make every trip successful from start to finish.
